Welcome to LearnLater! By using our services, you agree to these binding Terms.

  1. Overview  

LearnLater provides content saving, organizing and learning engagement services via our website, apps, extensions and features. 

  1. Accounts

You must register for an account to use LearnLater. You're solely responsible for your account and all usage. Providing accurate registration information is your responsibility.

  1. User Content & Licenses  

3.1 Our services allow saving and interacting with third-party content, but you retain ownership of intellectual property rights.

3.2 By using LearnLater, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute and create derivative works from content you submit for operating and improving our services.

3.3 You confirm having rights to share any content posted on LearnLater and will fully indemnify us from violations.

  1. Content Usage & Tracking

4.1 You agree that LearnLater can analyze content you save/interact with to provide recommendations, search, summaries, and any other product features/enhancements.  

4.2 We may display your public profile/content visibility setting, unless a paid account holder disables this.

4.3 We can track and monitor your use of LearnLater services for operations, security and providing relevant experiences.

  1. Prohibited Conduct  

5.1 Misusing our services by breaching these Terms, laws, infringing others' rights, or intent to overwhelm our systems is prohibited. 

5.2 Using LearnLater for training AI models is strictly forbidden.

  1. Termination & Service Operation

At our sole discretion, we may terminate or suspend your access/account for any reason, including breach of these Terms or discontinuing aspects of our services.

  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide our services as-is without warranties. LearnLater shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever.
