This integration provides several benefits for your Groove account:
The integration adds a new Knowledge Base icon to the bottom of your Inbox reply editor. Clicking on the icon opens a search bar where you can search through all your KB articles.
Hover over your search results and you'll see a link icon appear. Clicking this icon inserts the article link directly into your reply.
Clicking on a search result opens the KB article in a separate window within the Inbox.
This feature is automatically activated for all active Groove accounts. No additional setup is required!
