    The integration adds a new Knowledge Base icon to the bottom of your Inbox reply editor. Clicking on the icon opens a search bar where you can search through all your KB articles.

    Inserting a KB Article Link into Your Reply

    Hover over your search results and you'll see a link icon appear. Clicking this icon inserts the article link directly into your reply.

    • You can only link to published articles.
    • You can view unpublished or drafted articles and link to them in internal notes.

    Viewing a KB Article

    Clicking on a search result opens the KB article in a separate window within the Inbox.

    Keyboard Shortcuts

    • Navigate search results with the up and down arrows.
    • Open the article by pressing Enter.
    • Add the article link to your reply by pressing Shift + Enter.
