    Introducing Undo Send for Emails in GrooveHQ

    GrooveHQ just released a new feature that we're really excited about: Undo Send! This new feature gives you a chance to catch mistakes before your email is actually sent, providing a safety net for those times when we all hit "send" a little too quickly.

    We've all been there. You send an email, and then, as soon as you click "send," you realize you made a mistake. Whether it's a glaring typo, a misspelled name, a forgotten attachment, or an unfinished email, it's a frustrating experience.

    Undo Send to the Rescue

    With Undo Send, you can avoid these embarrassing situations. Now, any responses you send will be delayed for 5 seconds, giving you a chance to hit "Undo" if you realize you made a mistake.

    How to Enable Undo Send

    To turn Undo Send on or off, simply go to your GrooveHQ settings:

    • Go to Settings → Preferences
    • Click on the checkbox next to "Undo Send"

    Customization Options

    You can also adjust the delay time for Undo Send to suit your needs. In the same settings section, you'll find a drop-down menu where you can choose how long you want the delay to be.

    Undo Send Notification

    If you have your preferences set to "take me back to all tickets" after updating a ticket, then the Undo Send option will appear in the yellow notification at the top right of your screen.
