Groove has also streamlined mailbox management for users with multiple accounts. Instead of a lengthy list taking up space, the mailbox list is now condensed by default. You can easily expand the list when needed to access a specific mailbox.
Groove has addressed the feedback on the "quick folders" feature, which previously displayed folder filters using complex expressions. The latest update now presents folder headers using clear and understandable language, such as "Assigned to Me."
The new ticket links feature allows you to directly open the ticket form within the app by tapping on an email address in the ticket body. This eliminates the need to switch to your default email client, ensuring a streamlined workflow within the Groove mobile experience.
Groove has streamlined its popular swipe actions for even greater ease of use. Instead of a selection step, you can now directly perform actions by swiping left or right on a ticket. The action will be clearly indicated as you swipe, providing instant context.
Groove has added image thumbnails to ticket attachments, allowing you to preview them before opening. This visual enhancement provides a more efficient way to manage and identify image attachments within the mobile app.
Groove's latest mobile update introduces the ability to apply labels to multiple tickets simultaneously. This feature allows you to quickly organize and categorize tickets in bulk, saving time and effort.
