A "problem" crocodile that was stalking both adults and children in the Northern Territory town of Bulla, Australia, has been shot and cooked for a local Aboriginal community, police have said.
Crocodiles have been "popping up where they've never been seen before", due to widespread flooding in western areas of the territory earlier this year.
"Crocodiles can pose a significant risk to community safety," said Commander Kylie Anderson.
The crocodile was shot and cooked for a community feast in Bulla, Australia, after posing a risk to residents and their pets. Local residents collaborated with authorities to ensure community safety.
