To access the app, simply visit mobile.groovehq.com in your mobile browser and log in using your GrooveHQ account credentials.

To perform bulk actions on tickets, navigate to the ticket list view and tap the bulk selector icon located at the top of the page. Select the desired tickets and then choose from various actions like assigning, changing status, starring, snoozing, or deleting.
GrooveHQ is continuously working to enhance the mobile web app, and several new features are planned for release in the coming weeks.
